Who it suits

You’re already fairly self-motivated, but you’d like some accountability. 

You might have a goal or a particular event in mind, and you want a training plan to help you optimize your performance. 

What you get

  • Initial goal-setting session (via Zoom).

  • A personalised check-in email every fortnight from me.

  • A tailored training plan designed to fit into your life, your time, and your goals.

  • Feedback on training log data on a weekly basis (data must be uploaded to Strava) 


Your investment

$90 NZD per month for a minimum of 3 months  


The Full 

Who it suits

You’ve got some big goals in mind, and you want some professional guidance to help you reach them. 

This comprehensive coaching package offers all the benefits of the Basics package, along with unlimited coaching communication.  

What you get

  • Initial goal-setting and race-planning session (via Zoom).

  • A personalised check-in email every week from me.

  • Unlimited email contact initiated by you  

  • An email response from me within 48hrs 

  • A tailored training plan designed to fit into your life, your time, and your goals. 

  • Feedback on training log data as it happens (data must be uploaded to Strava) 

  • One video call per month  

  • Guidance and support on all aspects of your running and progress, including:
    - hydration
    - equipment
    - race plans
    - nutrition
    … and more. 

  • Mindset support tips via email every month
